At Scandi Sleep, we want you to love your purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

We offer returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are in their original condition.

Eligibility for Returns:

• The item must be unused and unwashed.
• Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How to Return Your Items:

• Email us at hello@scandisleep.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number, item(s) you're returning, and the reason for return.
• We’ll reply with a return address and, if eligible, a return label
  

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

• If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, let us know within 14 days so we can sort it out quickly.

Exclusions:

• Used or washed items can't be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
• Sale items or discounted purchases are final sale unless defective

If you’ve received a faulty item or the wrong size/colour, email us at hello@scandisleep.com.au with photos of the issue and your order number. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost. If the item was incorrect (but not faulty), we may ask you to return it, we'll cover the return shipping.

Please report any issues within 14 days of delivery so we can sort it out quickly.

For change-of-mind or incorrect purchases, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
But if your item is faulty or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping for you.
