Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window so if something’s not quite right, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unused, unwashed, with all tags still attached

It must be returned in its original packaging

You’ll also need your order receipt or proof of purchase

We'll send you instructions on how and where to return your package.
Please don’t send items back without contacting us first — it may not be accepted.

Return shipping:

For change-of-mind or incorrect purchases, return postage is the customer’s responsibility

For faulty or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received something faulty or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We’ll send a replacement at no cost and if it’s an incorrect item (not faulty), we may ask you to return it. We’ll cover the shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used or washed items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
Sale items or items purchased with a discount are final sale and not eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us at hello@scandisleep.com.au.
365 Night Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our bedding. If your product develops a manufacturing defect within 365 nights of purchase, we will replace it for you.
Covered issues may include stitching coming undone, elastic failing, or fabric faults.
This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, fading, or issues caused by improper washing or care.
To make a claim, please contact us at hello@scandisleep.com.au with your order details and information about the issue. We will request photos or ask you to return the item for inspection before a replacement is arranged.
If your original colour or product is no longer available, we will offer you the option to select a different colour.
This guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
