At Scandi SLEEP, we want to make sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and in planet-friendly packaging. Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship within Australia.
Shipping Zones
We currently ship Australia-wide to any location serviced by Australia Post, including PO boxes and remote areas.
Orders are dispatched within 48 business hours of purchase.
Please note we have no control over Australia Post delivery times. When delivery times matter, we recommend selecting express postage.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

We ship all orders via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping – Free for orders over $150.

Standard Shipping under $150 – Calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping – $15 flat rate.

All orders are tracked.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
We follow Australia Post’s recommended delivery times:

Standard Shipping – Metro areas: typically 2–7 business days. Regional and remote: longer depending on location.

Express Shipping – Metro areas: typically 1–3 business days. Regional and remote: longer depending on location.

Delays, Lost, or Damaged Items
Once your order has been collected by Australia Post, delivery is in their hands.

If your parcel is delayed, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.
- Please be aware that delivery companies are able to provide photos of the delivery location, and if a parcel is reported as stolen we will need to report it to the police.

All orders are packaged in eco-friendly, biodegradable materials, including our tape and shipping labels, so you can recycle or compost your packaging guilt-free.
